Bissell and I were best friends. I have had a vacuum cleaner since February 2017. One day it just didn't work. I have read the manual. I read all the other reviews that were negative and the same thing seems to have happened to all of us. I have read and followed all instructions. I have also read all the other reviews and tried all the tips and remedies without success. It just wouldn't turn on anymore. The light is on, but nothing else. I noticed that your support team offers help. Maybe you can help me too. I bought a warranty and I'm not past the first year.
