Cheap and basic DAC with terrible volume gradation
This DAC gets the job done, but it depends on the use case. studio monitors. The sound quality is good for what I use it for. The problem I'm having is related to how big the jump is when adjusting the volume. I'm talking about a great volume up and down at the same time. I have the silver version (in case that matters) and the remote's IR sensor doesn't pick up the remote well. You really should aim straight at him. I'm sure this device will work great in other applications, but I don't recommend it for an external DAC connected to a TV.
