Runs small which is not critical, just ordered but the problem was the quality. My daughter wore these boots for 4 weeks and they started tearing in the toe area and after about a week both shoes started tearing. I expect New Balance to last longer and the company to support the product. I contacted New Balance and was told there was nothing they could do other than go back to where they bought it which was Revain. A way to support your New Balance product!
