Review on 🧱 HABA Germany Building Toys - Beginner's Building Blocks for Enhanced Play and Learning by Bryan Gibbons

Those are nice blocks. They fit firmly in the hand, are perfectly smooth, are the same size and fold well. Bought this set for my son's first birthday. They seem perfectly safe even for a one year old child. None of the pieces fully fit my son's mouth (and he's tried most if not all of them). So far his dad and I have had more fun with this than my son but I know this is a toy he can grow into and play with for years to come. The kit didn't come with all the parts shown in the picture (mainly the "X" shaped parts) but having read other reviews before purchasing I expected this and it wasn't a problem for us. A lot of his toys are cheap junk plastic and I love how much nicer they are compared to them.
