I like that we can always reach out to them for any questions or concerns! They are very knowledgeable in what they do and will help guide you through everything from your first steps into networking to more advanced topics such as VMWare ESXi servers. The turnaround time is also quick which makes it easy when working during normal work hours - no waiting around days while someone else handles things. Nothing at this point but maybe if something does come up they could be better about keeping updates posted quicker than usual. We use URS mainly because everyone recommended them so there's not much reason to dislike anything yet. If you're looking for an expert who knows his stuff then go ahead and give these guys a shot! Networking needs; troubleshooting routers / switches / firewalls etc., server setup (DNS), general computer advice and guidance.
