I bought this gem a few months ago but wanted to see how it will be in 2 or 3 months before I leave a review. I can say that this is a really great hair dryer that dries my hair quickly and makes it smooth and shiny. It comes with 2 different size nozzles and a diffuser. I have curly hair (not REALLY curly but somewhere between curly and wavy - 2b in curly hair lingo) and my hair is fine but decent. I really think this will work very well for someone with coarser and/or thicker ones. I've never had a hairstyling career so anything that saves time is a real bonus! I had to contact OSENSIA to ask for help and they responded immediately and decided to send me another dryer to make up for the small problem. This is a company that really understands the value of good customer service, which I think seems like an elusive concept for far too many companies these days. When I searched the website to contact them I was surprised to find that not only do they have dryers but many other products that seem to be quite cheap. I don't know why I was so surprised, but I just thought it was a hair dryer company. I'm glad my hairstylist advised me to get a good short drum hair dryer to speed up the drying time. Had I found this dryer sooner, I probably wouldn't have used it to trim my hair (which I almost IMMEDIATELY regretted! WHY can't I learn this lesson?!).
