Great product but needs improvement.

I finally returned this product. Pros: Mounts and all major components feel very solid and reliable. Cons: Difficult to manipulate brackets to align the monitors perfectly. If one arm is stretched out further than the other, the angle of everything gets messed up and it takes at least half an hour to get them perfect. I spent 4 hours getting everything perfect but the arms made everything very difficult. The screws that hold the handle to the plate, which is then attached to the mounting frame, are very easy to break due to their small size, and if they do break, the monitor doesn't sit securely and is almost impossible to wobble when pressed. tilt of the monitor. Installing a monitor on this stand is a little cumbersome and takes a long time. Your mounting method needs to be changed because installing and mounting monitors becomes quite time consuming and very difficult. Bottom line: I think they should redesign this product to use the same system as another product like this, which I think are hydraulic levers that move and lock the levers very easily. Change the design of the plates that attach to the monitor and the arm it slides into to use a different attachment method that makes installing and removing monitors easier. You need to add more counterweight to the backplate, to balance the weight on the bars, and then extend the top monitor an additional 0-4 inches. to compensate for such a three-monitor setup. and time consuming, their assembly method needs to be redesigned as it makes the assembly and assembly of monitors quite time consuming and very difficult.
