Unreliable Gearhead for Industrial Use

Based on my experience with this product, i wouldn't recommend it for any industrial and scientific application. The gearhead failed to perform as expected and caused a lot of downtime .The only advantage was the self-locking feature which prevented backdriving. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to outweigh the cons. The reduction ratio was far from accurate and the encoder signal was noisy. Overall, not a good investment for any serious application..

Fantastic Encoder for Industrial and Scientific Use!

This speed reducer is truly exceptional .My analysis of this product showed that it has impressive accuracy and stability, making it an ideal choice for industrial and scientific applications. The self-locking feature is also highly desirable, as it ensures that the motor stays locked in place even when the power is off. The only drawback is the higher price point, but you can`t put a price on the peace of mind that this encoder brings..

Slim and durable

I used this to control the Gattling Candy Cannon. The encoder worked plug-and-play, there was not too much play and the motor power corresponded to the nominal curve. For the price there is really nothing to complain about.
