Excellent customer service. But the box is questionable.
First of all the customer service is great no problem. The box itself is fast, the picture is excellent. The problem I keep encountering is the random reboot. It restarts multiple times. usually after 10-15 minutes of use, and nothing seems to fix it. I can't find any updates and factory reset doesn't seem to work. I have two of these, my other box works fine so maybe that's the only one.
