I bought this box because it says 4k. While the main menu shows 4k quality on the TV, it shows 1080p when you click on the video player and play movies/TV shows. Even in the video player settings, the maximum resolution is 1080p and cannot be changed. Not a bad box, but disappointing UHD wisdom

There is no way to reset the device like a fresh install, not online in English. So it's a very unstable platform if you know what you're doing when you root a device. If not, you can just run a non-rooted program. No higher level platform sticks to the basics because they're good for everything else they do!

Pretty fast android box. The remote came without batteries which would be nice. Flashed on my 55" Samsung. Think resolution issue but everything worked fine on 32" tcl. The applications installed by the President looked good. For the price it's worth it.

First of all the customer service is great no problem. The box itself is fast, the picture is excellent. The problem I keep encountering is the random reboot. It restarts multiple times. usually after 10-15 minutes of use, and nothing seems to fix it. I can't find any updates and factory reset doesn't seem to work. I have two of these, my other box works fine so maybe that's the only one.

After 5 years of streaming what the internet has to offer and so on. ;) I'm very happy with all the boxes I've used, some are cheap and some cost over $75. It's true that they don't make them the way they use 2, but of course the only thing that hasn't changed is Revain. :) Whatever the issue, they quickly resolved my issues with either a full refund or a replacement. So shoot your only star

Great little TV box. I bought two and have been using them for over a month and haven't had any problems or failures. Fast and responsive. The remote control could be better. A small problem, I can only turn off the device with the remote control. There is no shutdown option on the screen. So if the remote control breaks, I don't know how to turn off the device. (Maybe it's not, but I haven't been able to find another way to turn it off yet)

This Android TV box is worth the money. It has everything you need to get started except 2 AAA batteries. After a few tweaks like Wi-Fi and my Google info, I was rocking and rolling. Because it uses the Android Play Store, the store offers a variety of content and app options. This model is a 2GB/16GB device. Although it has less memory than other Android boxes, it works very well and it's hard to tell the difference between lack of memory and saving money. I use it for YouTube, Netflix, Emby…

For $40 this is a 2G+16G box. It's damn good. My only purpose for this box is to use it for IPTV as it is outrageously expensive to pay for a dish or cable. This box doesn't come with many preinstalled unnecessary apps, which I think is a plus. I had no trouble connecting to the TV; no problems connecting to WiFi; no problem logging into my google account so I can use the play store; There is no problem to download the app I need for my IPTV service.
