It mentions that if you buy two blades you get a free spare blade. Ordered two and of course the replacement blade wasn't there. Other reviewers mention the same thing. To be honest I've ordered them before and loved them, but something as simple as false advertising means I won't fall for it again. They are not easy to return, no "help" is offered. There are rasps at a much lower price with the same rating, so they're not worth the extra money at the moment.
