Janome 634D Serger is great!

Well made overlock. As with many older styles, rethreading after a break is a hassle, so don't let the thread snap! Compact, strong, capable of overcasting fabrics of varying thicknesses and if you keep your blades in good condition (e.g. not overcasting a needle) it will handle all types of fabric, from reed to coarse.
