Thick and superb!
These are the thickest microfiber towels I've ever seen, let alone bought. Someone remarked that they weren't fat. They are thicker than any microfiber I've seen. I used brand new fabric out of the box and had no issues with lint or anything. If you think it's not thick enough, don't look for microfiber towels, you need a small blanket. You will be satisfied with your purchase when you receive this.
