My review is on a Portzon Petite Waist Trainer, Sauna Belt, Medium, Black color.I have worn the waist trainer for five days in a row, 12 hours a day. I absolutely love it. When I take it off, I miss the support provided to my low back, which is a definite benefit to me.I have included two pictures to show how the sweat retains on the inside of the belt. It was hard to capture it, but the inside of the belt was plenty wet after just 5 hours.I was afraid wearing it would make me hot but that was not the case. I never felt warm. The heat is contained within the belt. When you take the belt off, of course your skin is sort of clammy, but the majority of sweat is on the inside of the belt and does not soak through the belt. I hang it up to dry.The belt is thick enough and sturdy. The Velcro closure is bigger than the palm of my hand and securely held the belt in place. It did not move once secured. I wore it under my yoga pants and looser fitting T-shirt and you could not notice I was wearing it. It’s also flexible. I wore it doing chores, yoga, driving. I actually forgot I was wearing it.I look forward to seeing the benefits of reshaping my waist given more time. So far, I like wearing it.
