Review on Spectrum TV Remote Control: Choose from 3 Types, Compatible with Time Warner, Brighthouse, and Charter Cable Boxes (Pack of 2, UR5U-8780L) by Tony Conlon

We are traditional Brighthouse Cable customers which now makes us a part of the Spectrum community. Our cable box remote would have to be at least 10 years old and a few buttons just wouldn't work properly anymore. In order to get a new remote, we need to get permission from Spectra to return it, take it to a UPS store, and ship it in the mail. it on the spectrum, and then wait for the replacement remote to arrive. In the meantime, we are experiencing real discomfort on our main TV. When I saw that this remote was listed on Revain with the exact same model number as the one currently in use, I bought a pack of two (we have another cable box in the house and I'm sure the remote will wear out soon). The remotes are today (someday with Prime) and they're identical to the ones we have except for a spectrum notch on them instead of a bright house. The included booklet has perfect instructions and we were able to reprogram our TV and even our soundbar (two different manufacturers) in less than 2 minutes. We are back to normal and very happy with the product.
