Review on Experience Enhanced Safety with BAL 28005 Deluxe Tire Chock by David Tison

I purchased these pads in May 2019. When I first used them my campervan rolled backwards (I park it on a slope) and thankfully there was no damage. I figured maybe I didn't expand the last one enough, so I've since (twice) tightened them enough (tugging after expanding) to ensure a secure fit. Yesterday (September 2nd, 2019) after returning from a hike, parked the camper, unloaded it, went through the storage process until the next trip, then went to take a shower. While I was in the shower, my wife yelled through the door "The camper is rolling!" I got out and found both pads on the floor, the tires under the tire (the tires were on, not the tire in front of the tires) and the tongue lying on the ground after being pulled to rest with a spare tire, the tire hangs over my retaining wall. Luckily it stayed put, otherwise it would have landed on my wife's lap through the front wall of my house. I am very disappointed and will be contacting BAL to have my damaged tongue replaced.
