Good afternoon to you! I've made up my mind to provide feedback on this mobile device. Despite the fact that I have been a Samsung supporter for years, I have never encountered a model that was quite so poor. My most recent mobile device was a Samsung S7 Edge. I made the decision to switch, therefore I worked hard to save up for S10e. It is clear that I was wrong. The answer is that the phone is portable, lightweight, and compact. The screen and the camera both perform quite well. I think headphones are awesome. BUT, THERE ARE MANY OTHER BUTS. To begin, the fingerprint on the side is not the most convenient location for it. Even though I have quite a few of them recorded there, which is not going to be of any assistance, the face recognition function works about once every other time, and random triggers are generally reliable. After the conclusion of the call, the screen on the phone will be black until the person on the other end of the line disconnects themselves. In addition, a conversation does not stop the phone from carrying on its own life; various applications of various kinds are activated, and so on. etc. In a nutshell, the chip is a BATTERY in its most basic form. A charge of the battery that lasts for three quarters of a day with normal use is insufficient. In the grand scheme of things, this is not a phone but rather a punishment.
