Nice pants but the fit it loose

These pants are great quality but the fit is a bit bigger than expected. I'm high waisted and found the crotch to hang loosely. I'm 5'7" and 130lbs - usually wear size 4 To 6. I bought a Size Medium and they were a little loose. A small probably would have fit better but I returned them and moved on.
