This is a good cable. The description of this product is completely uninformative, but I've chosen to live on the edge. And I'm glad I did. When it arrived it turned out to be 400 feet of good quality 4mm aux cable on a cellophane wrapped spool. No strength or load data is given on the packaging. The one I received was a nice dark gray with flecks of green and purple to trace over. This product is made in the USA. For over $50 you'd think 1000 feet with 550 parachute cords. However, the auxiliary line is thicker, stiffer and stronger than the parachute line, which needs to be soft and flexible so that it can be easily released from the bag to deploy the parachute. I prefer to use the accessory cable for everything. It is harder and easier to tie and untie.
