I received this device quickly and when it was connected to the network, nothing. I checked the power to the block, everything is fine. He took off the bottom cover, the bulb was obviously hanging somewhere as it was just hanging out. It plugs into sockets at the top and looks like the inner lid is designed to keep it secure, but it didn't. Anyway, I put the bulb back in and everything was fine. It's a bit loud, but it's a satisfying sound! I have it hanging on my back porch and it has killed so many bugs that I have to clean it up in just 2 nights. I will try cleaning with compressed air as the brushing method looks quite tedious. Of course it does what I wanted.
