Not flexible. - my new review

This is not what I wanted. The individual ice pockets freeze solid and are not malleable at all. It does not conform easily to the shoulder unless I let it melt for some time.

Pros

Theramed Ice and Gel pack really holds the cold. And yet it is not so hard after being in the freezer.

Cons

gel is leaking after 2 months. Do not Purchase
