This is not what I wanted. The individual ice pockets freeze solid and are not malleable at all. It does not conform easily to the shoulder unless I let it melt for some time.
- Theramed Ice and Gel pack really holds the cold. And yet it is not so hard after being in the freezer.
- gel is leaking after 2 months. Do not Purchase
