I like that you get all of my data in one place so it is easier for me as an admin/manager when creating new bots or changes within existing ones! It's also easy enough if there are any issues with bot errors etc where we need support from their team they respond very quickly which helps us out too :) We use this software mainly because our customers prefer using messenger apps such WhatsApp & Facebook Messenger instead of calling customer service centers - therefore having these automated agents available has really helped improve overall sales numbers by increasing conversions rates (which means more revenue).
