Beautiful crinoline. Normally I would run a size small, but since the product name says it is a child's length, I read the measurements in the detailed product description very carefully. For reference, I'm 5'4", waist about 26", weight 114 lbs. The small goes to 26 inches, but I wanted to play it safe - I also needed a bit more length, so I went with the medium one. It fits perfectly and the length was just what I needed. Good quality fabric for the price. At first I was a bit concerned as I thought it might itch or scratch. It wasn't the last one, so I was very happy with it. It also gave me just the right amount of "fluff". It didn't look like it at first, but once I put it on under my skirt everything was perfect. (Note: If you're looking for LOTS of extra volume, this crinoline might not be for you. I needed a moderate amount and it was perfect.) As for the packaging, it came wrapped in a protective plastic bag. , so it was a little wrinkled/creased, but that's to be expected with this type of material. I only had to hang it up for a few hours and the hair tie was gone. All in all it was a great price. I would definitely buy again.
