This is a good quality industrial deep fryer. It has good temperature control and pre heats really well. Good has turned out great out of this deep fryer. For the price this is a great deal. I would definitely recommend.

- Great fryer the only bad thing about it is getting all of the blue tape off, it took forever.

- The PartyHut 12 Liter/12.6 Quart Dual-Tank Commercial Deep Fryer Machine requires a lot of counter space, making it impractical for tight spaces
