Heavy-duty collar for strong dogs!
My 85lb German Shepherd ripped three nylon collars so it's time to buy something more permanent - love this collar already! It is thicker and the ring that the leash attaches to is securely attached. The second tag ring is a nice touch. The size corresponds to the measurements given. I bought a large one and it wears it on the third hole and leaves just the right amount of space between the collar and neck. There was a slight smell upon exiting the package, but it dissipated quickly (in less than a day).
