This is a good chair - not sure if it justifies the price but I like it so far. First of all, it comes disassembled in a fairly large and heavy individual box. Assembly in particular isn't difficult, but it's bulky and heavy enough that 2 people might be better than doing it alone like I did. The instructions are rudimentary, but most of them are intuitive if you've ever put anything together. A little more precision would be nice though - I'm not entirely sure I have the arms on the correct sides, for example, but they seem to work, so I'll leave them. The only real snag with the assembly turned out to be a bad threaded socket in the base for one of the right arm bolts. Each arm is attached with 3 screws to threaded metal bushings cast into the bottom of the chair seat and one of those 6 bushings had bad threads - and I know it's the bushing because I've tried 4 different screws in it and each turned from them (fingers). force) maybe one turn before jamming. So this lever is held in place with just two bolts and the one where it's held by a hex wrench, which I hope will suffice, is only 3/4 of the way. In addition, the chair fits well after assembly. , rolls smoothly and has many adjustments to the overall height of the chair, the headrest angle, the backrest that's upright or reclined, the armrests that are up, down, or reclined in or out, and one thing that isn't mentioned anywhere: The entire backrest adjusts up and down. down within a limited range to best position the lumbar support and center back support on your custom frame. The mesh fabric is durable, cool and breathable, but a little rough on bare skin in shorts or shirtless. I'm still getting used to it - replaced an old and very worn chair and this one fits very differently, tighter and with lots of raised support points that the old one never had. Also, the seat feels very short front-to-back, so there's no hip support. I think I'll like it once I've adjusted, but my alter had soft hands. I miss that as they are flat and fairly durable, albeit made out of rigid foam rather than hard plastic.
