Terribly slow download speed 0.5Mbps 4G

The download speed is outrageously slow, 0.5Mbps. The download speed is normal, 15 Mbps. The signal had three bars out of five and showed a 4G connection. I tried the download speed on the second line from the same operator in the same place and got 50 Mbit / s! This modem is 100 times slower. It's also 10x slower than the modem I measured on another phone on the PC. Binding was 4.9 Mbps. What a joke product.
