After reading all the reviews I was a bit hesitant to order this lift. It seems that some people bought this item and it arrived with missing parts, a leaking cylinder, or an uncontrollable sink rate. I can tell you that the one I bought came with all the parts, was very easy to assemble, extremely durable and the speed of descent was perfect. I have a huge Honda 1800 VTX that weighs over 700 pounds. This elevator did exactly what was expected. I am very satisfied with this product. I suppose there will always be exceptions, but this wasn't one of them. The price was very affordable to say the least and I highly recommend this product.
