I have very sensitive skin and was irritated with red scars and blemishes that didn't go away even after I got rid of my allergies. After researching this product and comparing it to The Ordinary's products, I decided to use it on my face every night (usually more often, but I had a lot of dry/flaky skin and fresh scars) and then apply it raw and untreated Shea Butter as a decadent moisturizer. I did it again in the morning and then applied pure argan oil as a moisturizer and the speed at which my redness disappeared was truly inspiring. often as a gentle peeling without burning. I threw away my old manual scrubs because I no longer need them and started using them for shaving lines here and there. My only disappointment with this product is the wasteful plastic packaging. I would rather buy products from The Ordinary because they are made from sustainable glass that is easy to recycle. However, if The Ordinary's mild chemical peels I've tried don't prove as effective as this stuff, they will remain a staple of mine for a long time to come.
