Description of 🌿 Paula's Choice 8% AHA Gel Exfoliant with Glycolic Acid Chamomile & Green Tea - Gentle Leave-On Skin Perfecting Exfoliator, 3.3 Ounce Pump

NON-ABRASIVE LEAVE-ON EXFOLIATOR: gently removes dull skin, naturally revealing the radiance hidden underneath. Revitalizes the skin's surface and helps keep skin hydrated by removing dead cells and preparing the skin's surface to receive moisture. Paula's Choice SKIN PERFECTING 8% AHA Gel Exfoliant with Glycolic Acid, Chamomile, and Green Tea can help minimize the look of discolorations and age spots, and with consistent use can increase skin's firmness. Use after cleanser and toner twice daily. With antioxidants from green tea and other natural ingredients, and the soothing power of chamomile, plus the exfoliating benefits of glycolic acid, this unique lightweight gel soothes as it revitalizes your skin leaving it soft, smooth, and radiant. Using a chemical exfoliator is gentler on the delicate skin of the face & neck than an abrasive face scrub, which can cause micro-tears. An AHA face exfoliator delivers hydration and can reach the deeper, built up layers of dead skin that scrubs don't. Paula's Choice Skincare makes products that work. No fragrance, no parabens, no fluff. Just effective, science-backed formulas that target any concern from wrinkles to breakouts.

Nothing for sensitive skin.

suitable for the body My skin has the privilege of being both acne prone and sensitive and I have struggled to find products that can treat and prevent acne without damaging my face. Unfortunately this is not one of them. The spots on my face in the photos are minor burns from this product (applied once a day for the past 3 weeks). While I cannot recommend this product for use on the face, I believe it is safe and effective for use on the skin. Body. I also used it on a rough spot on my big…

Works fast but read reviews

I ordered this product because I wanted to exfoliate my skin but not use an exfoliant. My U zone is very rough but oily so I wanted to see if I could fix it. I applied the product as soon as I received it and my skin was softer after about an hour. I ordered 0.5 oz. Some one star reviews complain that they were fooled by not realizing how small 0.5 oz. It's not much, but it's not the company's fault you didn't know. For me it was the perfect size. I think this will take me a month. I will most…

Bad allergic reaction

I have used 5% AJ in a blue bottle and a number of their other products including vitamin C and have never had a reaction like this. I want something lighter so I can apply makeup easily and my face feels like it's on fire the next day. It flakes and crusts, and that's definitely not the result of being an exfoliant.

Great alternative to deodorant (great for the face too!)

For those of you who don't know, acid-based face serums are a great alternative to deodorant because odor-causing bacteria can't grow in one acidic environment. I bought a trial size first because I was looking for something cheap as it was used in my pit and not on my face. Now a few months later on my second bottle, I'm using it on both! It had such a wonderful finish under my hands that I had to try it on my face. Works wonders. I can go to work all day and then go to the gym without the…

Helped me heal scars and flakes on super sensitive skin

I have very sensitive skin and was irritated with red scars and blemishes that didn't go away even after I got rid of my allergies. After researching this product and comparing it to The Ordinary's products, I decided to use it on my face every night (usually more often, but I had a lot of dry/flaky skin and fresh scars) and then apply it raw and untreated Shea Butter as a decadent moisturizer. I did it again in the morning and then applied pure argan oil as a moisturizer and the speed at which

Miracle Face Gel

This thing is amazing. I use it together with PC toner and rosehip oil. When I rub the oil in last, I also wipe away any dead skin cells. I have terrible dark spots along my jawline and in my jawline and this gel helps get rid of that problem. I only use 3 days and lo and behold. cool

Healed cystic acne and red skin

I have sensitive, acne-prone combination skin. I started having breakouts at 24, and they came and went. Then, two years ago, I started breaking out, to the point where family and friends were asking what was going on. There wasn't a single part of my face that didn't have pimples or clogged pores. It was embarrassing and painful! Well I'll tell you - this thing saved me from all skin problems! I had a mixture of milia, common acne and cystic acne on my face. I used 16% glycolic acid which only

Very good product, I will buy again.

I bought this product about two months ago and my skin looks better than ever. Absolutely to recommend. Below are my personal pros and cons of this product: Pros: - It works well! My skin is the clearest of my entire adult life. Not only did my acne go away, but I rarely, if ever, got acne and my acne scars are slowly becoming less noticeable. A little counts for a lot. You don't even need a full pump to apply enough product to your entire face. This helps offset the fact that it's a bit…

Good product stops acne

This gel is ideal for treating acne. I just wash my face as usual and apply a thin layer all over my face. It might be a little mean. I keep it away from the outer corners of my eyes because it can make that area red and itchy. Really kills acne. It dries out so I put on a decent moisturizer. I'm on my third bottle. It stays on very well as I only need a little to cover my entire face.
