I've been using this for 10 months. In my previous review I gave it a pretty high rating because It was "soft" and "comfortable", and because SUPPOSEDLY it will not malfunction if allowed to get folded or bunched up, because there are no wires to break. I asked about that before I bought it was assured that it would still function properly even if not kept perfectly flat.After 10 months, it no longer heats at all except at one end. For me, that renders it of very limited value. Also, as I pointed out in my initial review, I feel absolutely no difference in the level of heat from this versus an old fashioned, cheap heating pad.I'm sorry I spent so much money on this, excepting it to be better in all respects from a cheap vinyl-and-wire heating pad. It isn't.
