The support is great. Easy to use and customize as per requirement. I believe they are one of the best when it comes to booking hotels and accommodations. They have good pricing and offers good packages that can be used in different countries. I haven't come across any issues yet. But i hope there will not be any. As far as their customer support team is concerned, it's pretty good. Always ready to help you out. I like the UI and the overall look and feel of the system. It has helped me a lot while booking hotels and accommodations.
