Excellent quality and customer service

The customer service has been great, they have helped me out when I needed it most! They are very helpful as well as professional in their approach which makes working together easy for us both. Nothing really at this point but if there was something I would like more of maybe some integration between different websites so we could see all our sites under one umbrella? Also no problems yet just thinking through what other benefits may come from using them. We use megasyms hs because its user…

Megasys HMS - Great support and good value

The customer service has been fantastic, they have always responded quickly when I've had questions about using their software/website etc! Sometimes it can be hard for me as my English isn't great but this doesn;t seem too much of problem now due in part because we are communicating via email so there's no language barrier at all anymore :) We use them mainly just through our website which makes life easier than having people come into reception every time someone needs something done (like…

  • Easy to navigate once you learn how everything works..It is easy enough that even if your not tech savvy or know what certain words mean its still very straight forward with an abundance amount options available.:) There seems like lots more things coming out soon within 2018 suchsly including new features eithr side :D It also looks good aesthetically although i'm unsure why some parts

Perfect tool made even simpler with awesome features

The best thing about megasys is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easier for users like us who are not very tech savvy to understand how everything works. There's no option of customizing anything in terms of colors, fonts etc., but this can be fixed by upgrading if required. The only drawback I see here is the price, though there might be some other service providers too offering similar services at different rates - so check out their pricing structure as well.
