Review on Megasys HMS by Anthony Arcos

The customer service has been fantastic, they have always responded quickly when I've had questions about using their software/website etc! Sometimes it can be hard for me as my English isn't great but this doesn;t seem too much of problem now due in part because we are communicating via email so there's no language barrier at all anymore :) We use them mainly just through our website which makes life easier than having people come into reception every time someone needs something done (like changing room keys).
