I very clearly was sent a returned item. The package came with no instructions, the hardware was taped into a ball and it came without a hex key for the screws (why would they use hex screws?)It took me about 20 minutes to put together b.c. I was winging it with no instructions. they alternate brackets on the vertical segments so there is no way to hide them which cheapens the look a bit. Overall the structural design looks okay but feels a little flimsy. I wouldn't trust anything larger than a 5" pot on there.3/5
