I very clearly was sent a returned item. The package came with no instructions, the hardware was taped into a ball and it came without a hex key for the screws (why would they use hex screws?)It took me about 20 minutes to put together b.c. I was winging it with no instructions. they alternate brackets on the vertical segments so there is no way to hide them which cheapens the look a bit. I have to say I am pretty disappointed in this product. Right out of the box the wood was splitting and starting to fray. That would've been fine if it was the only product, but upon building there were more and more issues being presented: the nails didn't go in straight, the holes didn't align for most of the building process, the base is pretty wobbly. The "wood" is such a terrible quality, I will be finding wood splinters weeks from now, even with vacuuming. And with the precut holes being only on one side, you don't get a choice to try to find the best looking side and have that face out. I really like this plant stand, but I didn’t realize that you can’t put many tall plants or large pots on the stand as they have no room to grow. It is smaller than I expected. Yes I saw the measurements and overall it’s a nice size but the individual planter seats don’t allow for tall or bushy plants. This is better for small to medium size plants. It had a smaller footprint than what I was using for plants -- plus. Easy to assemble -- plus. Tall enough to have 4 shelves receiving window light -- plus. Steady, no wobbling -- plus. It's sturdy enough. It's so lightweight that it doesn't seem sturdy. I have it standing in a corner so no pets nor kids (or big kids) could knock it over. The plants give it weight. I doubt I would use it outside because I don't think it would last 1 year outside.

I was worried it would be a cheap poorly made stand, but it looks decent so far. However, the installation directions were wrong and the drilled holes for installation were also wrong. Keep an eye on the hole locations so you do not assemble it the wrong way. I had to flip it around opposite the way it was supposed to so that the holes line up where each of the tiers is screwed in. Looks cool. But the process of assembling it was plain silly. It’s easy enough to figure out, but the overall design of it was flawed. They give you like 20 screws that you’re suppose to tighten in with this tiny Allen wrench the size of your pinky, which overtime killed my hands. Had to use my own tools instead. Some of the holes didn’t align with the others, and the wood was constantly splintered along the boards. Wouldn’t recommend

The very bottom part that lays on the floor didn’t come with any holes in it. I had to use wood glue to attach the top and bottom parts together.

It was simple to put together, sturdy, and easy to move around. Difficult to assemble. Plants look good on it! May have to get another one!

Looks great by the window, definitely holds my plants with no issues. It could maybe be slightly sturdier, but I don't have any actual concern with it holding my plants. I will buy another one.

Easy to put together. I put felt chair pads on the bottom to protect the floor and make it easier to slid on hardwood floor. Also put a drop or two of wood glue on connection points to help stabilize

I need video instructions the manual sheet is so vague and i can’t get it together it’s one sheet with 5 pictures ! May not be suitable for use in small spaces!

Amazing product & beautiful 🥰❤️ Although it is relatively easy to assemble it could have a better assemble instructions. Great way to put more plants together and clean up space in the house.
