No instructions included. However, my intuition would allow me to swap the laces on two pairs of athletic shorts after a test or two. It was cheaper than hiring cleaners or buying new shorts. I'm not looking forward to changing the drawstring into sweatpants or sweatshirts. However, I am confident that these tools will get the job done. I would buy this item again and advise others on its usefulness. The only reason I am rating this item 4 stars is because there were no instructions or suggestions on how to use the product.
