Nice finished build with a few minor issues

I have the Masterbox NR640 version with Intel Core i5-10400F and Nvidia GTX 1660 Super. The motherboard and GPU are from Gigabyte, the RAM and SSD are from ADATA, and the fans and case are from Cooler Master. Details may vary by PC. I bought it for my sister and she is very happy with it. Build quality appears to be good and cable management is excellent. The selection of accessories is also good. But there were a few minor issues. Firstly, one of the screws holding the motherboard was not tightened when we received the PC, but this is easily fixed by simply reinstalling the screw. Finding loose brackets is one of the first things you should do when buying a pre-built PC, and this example shows why. Another more important problem was that Windows was not activated on the PC. It was also easy to fix by getting an already installed product key and manually activating Windows with it. However, this should not be necessary on a pre-built PC. Then there was the GPU rumble as the fans accelerated to high speeds. This seems to be a known issue with Gigabyte GPUs, mainly due to the very cheap plastic backplate that Gigabyte uses. It was also an easy fix by slightly tearing the back panel away from the rest of the shroud (the plastic pieces stick together for some reason). And the last problem that really annoys me more than anything else. The PC came with one RAM module, namely the ADATA XPG Z1 8GB 3000MHz module. Considering that installing 2 modules in a dual-channel configuration results in better performance and that two 4GB modules cost the same as one 8GB module, installing just 1 RAM module is the best not an easy decision. Even worse, the Z1 RAM kits only come in 2-packs. CyberpowerPC deliberately uses 2x8 GB RAM kits and only installs one module on their PCs. If my sister ever wants to upgrade the RAM on her PC, she'll need a new 2x8GB kit for maximum compatibility, as single-module Z1 kits don't seem to exist. In theory, she could get another 8GB 3000MHz RAM module and everything would be fine, but then having two identical RAM modules would ruin the aesthetics. Overall I would give this product 4 stars with the loss of one star in relation to the issues shown above. Since all of these issues can be fixed or at least mitigated, I still recommend buying this PC if you're looking for a prebuilt build.
