I like that it allows me access to my data from any device, be it desktop or mobile. It also provides the ability for me as a marketer to create automated workflows which can then trigger marketing campaigns at relevant times of day/weekends etc. The analytics are very good too - giving you insights into how your clients use the product! We haven't found anything we dislike about this software yet. If there was something they could improve - by all means let them know! In our case, we needed more control over what elements were included within each campaign so that our client felt comfortable with the layout choices available. Having done some research ourselves, we realised we didn't need every element in place before launching the campaign. In fact, most people don't even realise they're interacting with certain pieces of content until after its launch date (and therefore cannot add those bits back in). This has led us to think through our approach.
