Review on CPGToolBox by Matt Ellis

The ability to pull information from multiple sources into one place is very useful. We don't have to go through so many different systems to find the data we need. It's also easy to use and intuitive. The dashboard provides great visuals of what you're looking at. I dislike that sometimes it takes several clicks or refreshing the page to see changes. Sometimes it will show me previous data when I'm pulling up new data. It would be nice if it was able to automatically update itself. This has helped us to know where our clients are in their purchase process. It helps us to keep track of them from start to finish and it makes our job easier because we can easily access all our client data in one place.
