Easy way for tracking purchasing progress with your customers

The ability to pull information from multiple sources into one place is very useful. We don't have to go through so many different systems to find the data we need. It's also easy to use and intuitive. The dashboard provides great visuals of what you're looking at. I dislike that sometimes it takes several clicks or refreshing the page to see changes. Sometimes it will show me previous data when I'm pulling up new data. It would be nice if it was able to automatically update itself. This has…

  • Easy way for my team members here at work, as well as myself with just basic knowledge about Excel/Access software system(not knowing how complicated these types programs could get)to gather needed customer info by using this toolbox program! Also being an excel ninja user who doesn’t like seeing any kind errors while entering formulas etc.it really works out nicely especially since there isn’t alot going wrong during calculations &

Best ticket management system & great customer service

It is an all in 1 ticketing software that works with other apps via integrations to make your work easy! If you want just have tickets it's amazing how good this will do as well!! I love everything about them but their pricing structure could be more reasonable so people can use/pay less money instead having huge bills they struggle paying monthly or yearly fees. But i think we need some upgrades since last few years which was not included free version anymore like now its only paid services…
