It is an all in 1 ticketing software that works with other apps via integrations to make your work easy! If you want just have tickets it's amazing how good this will do as well!! I love everything about them but their pricing structure could be more reasonable so people can use/pay less money instead having huge bills they struggle paying monthly or yearly fees. But i think we need some upgrades since last few years which was not included free version anymore like now its only paid services available even though previous versions were still very cheap too pay if compared with many others out there! Ticketbox support team are super helpful also sometimes slow when contacting through email!! They always respond quickly once contacted thru chat tho :). Get started early by asking questions from friends who used previously before making big decisions regarding subscription model price because maybe cheaper plan might suit u best than what ever high level plans offered currently at current time? You can go in depth, or just have some basic rules. Also, it has been very helpful in making it easy to set up new products and keep track of them all. I wish there were more ways to keep track of which product we used most. We use this mostly for inventory control. It allows us to easily see what products are going out, and what items need replenishing.
