Review on Green Home Irrigation Soaker Hose - Watex A1103C, 50 Feet For Efficient Watering by Tiffany Hart

Can I get this fixed/replaced ? I don't see any contact information for Watex. It looks great, the black plastic parts quickly fade and the steering wheel rusts, but it still looks good from a distance. The plastic gears have stripped and the sprinkler no longer moves. It got hung up on some grass runners (St. Augustine & Coastal Bermuda) a few times which stopped the blades moving. Maybe that stripped it or maybe it couldn't pull the weight of a 5/8 inch hose, although I kept it under 100 ft of travel.
