Review on Renewed OnePlus 7 Pro GSM Unlocked Phone - 256GB, 6.7" Display, Mirror Grey, Android OS by Vinay Verma ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

At the time of release, perhaps, one of the most advanced and productive devices on the market. But, despite all its steepness, the smartphone is not at all mainstream, you won’t be able to buy it in the first online store you come across, you will have to get a little confused either with an order from China, the USA or Europe, or from local small reseller offices. Just a bombastic screen without frames, bangs, holes and other nonsense, with a refresh rate of 90Hz which makes the interface very smooth. Switched to OP7P from Galaxy S9 + - only positive impressions from all use cases. In my opinion, OxygenOS is now the best version of Android, essentially a clean system from Google, not overloaded with anything superfluous, but with a lot of useful additional functionality. I don’t even remember about speed and other moments - everything just flies, any iPhone will envy the smoothness of the interface, any flagships from other manufacturers will envy the convenience and subtleties of settings. Separately, I will mention vibro, I have not seen this in any android device. Very clear and pleasant, not only works for calls or by pressing, but also in ringtones, adding it to the rhythm of the melody, and in many games as a response to any actions, explosions, etc.). The camera is very decent, I mentioned its nuances at the moment in the shortcomings, otherwise everything is at the level of modern flagships, both in terms of output image quality and software level. I would also note the manufacturer's attitude towards users - from design and packaging materials to software support and ates that come constantly, not only with the correction of some jambs, but also with the introduction of new functions. Oneplus really listens to the opinions and wishes of users, unlike the same Samsung with its "your call is important to us" (I personally had a disappointing experience with their TP, which resulted in the refusal to use smartphones from this manufacturer). In general, I can safely recommend to those who know a lot about advanced devices, you will not be disappointed.

Pros
  • - Performance - The amount of RAM and ROM - Screen - Oxygen OS - Design - Camera - Battery - Sound (both from speakers and headphones)
Cons
  • - The camera in portrait mode sometimes makes mistakes with the white balance, while it is not possible to shoot video on a wide-angle module and a telephoto, plus electronic stabilization does not work in all recording modes (it seems like they promise to fix everything over time in new firmware) - For some, the size of the device may become a disadvantage, but here you already need to decide on your wishes before buying (if you have any doubts about this, you can hold the Galaxy Note 9 in your hands - they are the same in size). - Well, and the repeatedly mentioned lack of wireless charging and a headphone jack (although for me personally this does not play any role at all).
