Purchased CPE450 Wireless Internet Bridge between two houses across the street (180 feet). The primary Internet service at home was relatively weak (100 Mbit/s download, 6 Mbit/s download). The main and secondary lintels are mounted on the inside of the windows (with Velcro) in line with each other. The primary bridge connects directly to the router and the secondary to the Asus extender to create WiFi. The Wi-Fi signal strength of the second home was measured in the same way as the main home. The supplier of the CPE450 has provided information via email should the purchaser have any questions regarding the installation. Great product at a reasonable price. I recommend CPE450. Before installing, make sure you get full download and upload speeds at your primary location. Over the years, the original home had multiple cable providers using multiple splitters to service different rooms, allowing home Wi-Fi downloads at less than 10Mbps. Using two splitters on a pole with a connection to the router and a second line with a 5-port output splitter to feed the cable in other rooms before the CPE450 was installed increased the main house load to 100Mbps- Service!
