Update: The company contacted me after my check and was able to send me the sheet promised in the package. While I'm glad the issue was resolved, I wish the support team had been more responsive initially. Still a good blade for the price and it's holding up pretty well. I would have given this sheet a higher rating but I was very disappointed with the customer service. The fitted sheet came with a card saying to follow the link to get a free sheet. I was very excited until I received the sheet after following all the instructions. I even contacted the company several times with no response. Misleading ads aside, the paper is excellent. I have no problem with it slipping off the mattress due to the extra elastic straps. The side pockets are good too.
