They are a lot smaller than I expected, they don't crack but the nail polish just sits on top and smears everywhere and your skin is painted the same color as your nails. I had to go with another sponge to clean my fingers and nails the rest of the way. They also feel pretty hard. It is especially painful to rub the nail near the cuticle. The only thing I like about them is that they have plastic at the bottom so you can clean your nails without ruining the manicure but it hurts my finger so I can't even use it for that. I'd rather ask my husband to clean my nail if I need to fix it or something and just use regular cotton pads to clean my nails when I change my manicure. I would not recommend these.
