I bought this with some hesitation as there were no reviews yet. Also, based on reviews of similar products, I wasn't sure what might interest me. Similar products were damaged or worse got very hot during use which would not have been a good thing as I bought them to replace the regular bulbs in my RV. I don't want them to overheat and melt the lamp let alone possibly ignite it. I was also concerned that the LED replacement might emit too much light and cause glare at night. Although the packaging seemed a little dodgy to me upon arrival (all 6 bulbs were packed together in separate boxes with no seals and shipped via USPS only in a padded envelope), none of them were broken. I've only replaced one bulb so far and everything seems fine. It emits a "warm white" light and is much cooler than other traditional incandescent bulbs. At the moment I can highly recommend this product. I will definitely update my review if my previous experience changes in the future.
