Review on mouhike by Mark Vazquez

I have to admit that I'm not overly pleased with the performance of the outdoor gear that I bought from Mouhike not too long ago. In spite of the fact that they claim that their products are of "the highest quality," I did not find their tools to be very durable or reliable. In addition to that, their customer support was nothing short of comical. It was like attempting to have a conversation with a wall of bricks! There was no reaction to my attempts to get in touch with them about the problems I was having. I would advise you to look elsewhere for outdoor gear that won't be rendered useless after a single use and customer support that genuinely cares about how satisfied you are with their products and services. Although Mouhike is a business that specializes in outdoor gear, the experience that customers have with the company is more akin to a nightmare.
