I like the ease of use, it's simple to integrate and easy to understand how to implement in your business. It has helped our team build relationships with our customers by being able to identify them through their profiles. We also have been able to track user activity and engagement through the app to better serve our customers. I dislike that some features are not as intuitive as they could be. For example, we had a customer who was logged out for a long period of time. The only way to get him back online was to send an SMS message to his phone number. This may or may not have been something he would want to do. If you're looking for a tool to help you identify your users and engage with them, this is the tool to use. It's helped us connect with our customers and keep them coming back!
